Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn’t right, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To start a return, email support@awawell.store with your order number. For hygiene reasons, opened bath & body products cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll make it right straight away.
